Before you decide
Buying
a property for the first, or even the tenth time, can be a harrowing
experience, which many people dread. I will do all I
can to guide you through the process, every step of the way.
 I will discuss your particular needs with you, including the size of
property you require, the area in which you wish to be situated and
also how best to dispose of your current property, should that be
necessary.
The buying process
Once you have found the property
you wish to buy, there is much to do including; completion of mortgage
application, instructing your solicitor to complete various checks and
to approve the contract of sale, arrange for any additional surveys and
also to ensure that any other related sales are also progressing as
they should. I will guide you through all of the buying process. Once
everything has been finalized and everybody is ready, then contracts
can be exchanged. At this point, your agreement to purchase becomes
legally binding and you will have agreed the completion date - the day
that the property becomes yours.
